At Nectar Hydration, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached, secure the new shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
